Presence&Company serves small, early stage and startup nonprofits on their journey to find the funding their organization needs. Through our mission to deliver impactful fundraising stories into the hands of every nonprofit we meet, we inspire others to fund these impactful causes and create positive change in the world. 

We offer project-based work and also serve ongoing clients, and some that have been around for years. We are thrilled to be a part of their growth, and are happy to report that in the last two years we have successfully funded more than $500,000+ for about a dozen small or start up nonprofit agencies. 

Throughout 2023, we continued to work passionately with small and startup nonprofits, kickstarting their funding journeys and laying the groundwork for future growth. 

Grants Fundraising Impact:

One of the highlights of our year was the opportunity to collaborate with nine inspiring nonprofits, each with a unique mission and vision to impact the world

Together, we embarked on a journey to transform their grant strategies and find those mission-aligned funders that will provide the financial support needed to take programming to the next level.

Through our dedicated efforts, we collectively raised nearly $250,000, a testament to the effectiveness of storytelling in fundraising.

Empowering Small and Startup Nonprofits:

At Presence & Company, we take pride in our commitment to supporting small and startup nonprofits. These organizations often face unique challenges in establishing a strong foundation for sustainable funding. 

In 2023, we took on the challenge with enthusiasm, working closely with our partners to kickstart their funding initiatives and set the stage for future growth and success. Through social media content creation, crafting impactful cases for support, helping to manage impact events, and creating website and blog content that builds a strong foundation to build upon.

Building Strong Foundations:

Our approach goes beyond just raising funds; it’s about building a solid foundation that empowers nonprofits for years to come. 

Impactful storytelling is the key to engaging donors and creating a lasting connection. By crafting compelling narratives that resonate with supporters, we helped our partner nonprofits establish a robust foundation for their fundraising strategies. Many of our nonprofit clients were able to use our content for multiple purposes: EOY campaigns, email newsletters, social media posts, shares with potential sponsors and more!

The project management nerd in me is happy to hear that we’ve cleaned up systems and processes, and my passion for grassroots entrepreneurship also shines through that paraphrased testimonial. 

Building Community:

The impact of our work extends beyond the fundraising support of our direct clients. In 2023, we were determined to spread our wings and have a wider impact with our fundraising tools  – impacting nonprofits across the globe through resources such as our Template Shop and Patreon community. 2023 has been a remarkable chapter in the story of Presence & Company Development Agency. We are grateful for the trust placed in us by our partner nonprofits and inspired by the positive transformations we’ve witnessed.

Looking to 2024:

At the start of 2024, we’re focused on helping small nonprofits with tight budgets grow their impact. Instead of solely providing hands-on services, we now offer a crash course on successfully funding your nonprofit. The Sand to Sea Grant Strategy provides all the knowledge and tools needed to go from underfunded to an efficient, grant-writing machine. The only way to win grants is to apply, and by the end of 12 weeks each nonprofit in the course will have at least one great out the door! Learn more here.
