Build Your Case Project
Capturing the “Why” of your organization: We start by creating a comprehensive Case for Support that captures the essence of the entire organization, between 10 to 15 pages detailing the efforts behind your cause. This process allows us to capture the details of your story that are essential to creating a compelling case for your organization.
Many times, those inside an organization are so hands-on that explaining the story to others not familiar with it is a struggle. Our work together breaks down these barriers so that we can showcase your impact and portray your work through personal, emotional stories that connect with funders + donors alike.
The process together includes interviews with leader(s) at the organization, and then 5 to 7 subsequent interviews of people important to your organization’s story – either by phone or email, typically depending on the interviewees preference.
After all information is collected, the process also includes research as relevant for statistical proof of your organization’s case, before completing an outline for approval. Then, it’s time for a first draft. This rate includes up to 3 rounds of edits until hitting that final draft of content.
Writing + submitting grants: Our foundational work creates simplicity in the grant application process. We’ll use content from the Case for Support to quickly create winning grant apps.
This project includes initial research to find potential grant opportunities for your organization. We will choose the top contender and work on submitting that grant application together.
